AUSTRALIAN DEBIT Gateway Service provider offer following services/products:

#2.1. Hosted e-commerce (various plans: 3, 5, 10 or custom pages) merchants have own URL website on their own domain order own SSL and shopping cart at web site.

#2.2. API on Own URL SSL order page

We offer Gateway provider services for  merchants, based on two
e/m-commerce MO/TO plans;
 
2.2.1.) Low volume merchants (Up to 100,000.00-AUD$ Monthly),
2.2.2.) Large volume merchants (As low as 100,000.00-AUD$ Monthly).

#4.Transaction currency

All prices are in AUD$ Australian Dollars

#5.Total costs of the goods or services offered including all appropriate shipping/handling charges and taxes. Where the total cost of the transaction cannot be ascertained in advance, we are include a statement to that effect and provide a description of the method that will be used to calculate it.

All prices exclude shipping, handling, GST. Delivery charges will apply, and vary depending on delivery location (eg. Local, interstate or international).

For Australian Merchants:
All price exclude GST 10% of given service / products price + AUD$ 50c per transaction,

Rest of merchants:
All price exclude EU VAT 18% of given service / products price + AUD$ 50c per transaction.

#6.Images of Card types accepted for payment that we supply to Merchants. 

#7. Customer service policies, including usual delivery timeframes, and the process if AU USAIS PTY LTD. cannot fill the order for any reason. AU USAIS PTY LTD. advise our customers within two days if service/product are not available.

All orders can expect to be received by you (the customer) within 10 (TEN) of working days.

In the event that a product is out of stock, you (the customer), will be contacted within 2 working days about time frame when  they will be on stock, otherwise, pre-pay fee will be refunded on maximum 5 days 

#8. Export restrictions; 

Definition:  We are confirmed with the proper Government Authorities that they will face issues when we attempt to offer some of our services overseas. There are issues with overseas card processing settlement customers.

Merchants must have own e-commerce Merchant ID (MID) on one of following Australian banks:

• Commonwealth Bank of Australia

• St George

• Bank of South Australia

• ANZ

• Westpac

• Westpac Payway

• National Australia Bank

• Bank West

• Suncorp Metway

• MIGS

Delivery is restricted in Australian customers only.
There is export restrictions of  our gateway provider service as is provided for Australian merchants only. Rest of merchants hosted  website, which include SSL order shopping cart, may be settle to merchants with own Australian MID.

#9.Refund/return policy

Refund / Replacement will only be issued if the product / service is found faulty upon delivery

#10.Our Consumer data policy:

This field advises what this business plans to do with the information they collect from the customer – ie Name, Address, Phone Number, etc)

Privacy Policy, often included as a part of our Terms & Conditions.

A legal disclaimer, informing the customer what the information they submit on the EUROPEDEBIT.COM website (and for that matter in the ordering process) – will be used for. Many customers will be put at ease knowing their personal details are not going to be shared with any third party marketing companies.

#11.Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details.

SECURITY CAPABILITIES: This field denotes what we use encryption method (128-bit SSL or higher) is being used.  

POLICY FOR TRANSMISSION: This information has be scripted for the merchant by the Gateway Provider supplying the service as this issue is primarily handled through the Gateway service.

All transactions are encrypted by a 128bit SSL certificate.

#12.Each of our merchants domain name must utilize separate URL on own payment pages.

We will Check in that all operational links do not go to another domain name with other products/services for sale and referring the consumer to pay through the website facility (URL link) under application

All transactions of our service / products has be done only on our 128 SSL URL  https://*.EUROPEDEBIT.COM 128 bit encrypted SSL order pages.

Description of the storage facilities; we are not set up on a batching/recurring transaction. When service like that will supply, PCI Data standard will apply.
